30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Before sending anything back, please contact us via our Contact page or at zipad694@gmail.com. We will then provide you with the return instructions and the address corresponding to your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect product

Please contact us upon receipt with your order number and, if possible, clear photos of the product and the package.

Right of withdrawal in the European Union

When the legal right of withdrawal applies, you have a period of 14 days to inform us of your decision, without having to justify it. The applicable legal rights remain unchanged.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund is processed via the original payment method. The processing time then depends on your bank or payment provider.
