General Terms and Conditions of Sale – HeatSnap™

1. Subject

These conditions govern the sales made on the HeatSnap™ shop.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are indicated on their product page. Photographs are for illustrative purposes; slight display differences may exist depending on the screen.

3. Price

Prices are displayed in euros. The applicable price is the one indicated at the time of the order. Any delivery charges are displayed before payment.

4. Order and payment

The customer verifies their cart and information before confirming the order. The order is considered registered after validation of the payment and sending of the order confirmation.

5. Delivery

In France, tracked delivery is free and receipt is estimated within 2 to 5 business days. For other destinations, the available fees and options are indicated at payment. Consult the Delivery & Returns page.

6. Withdrawal and returns

The applicable legal rights of withdrawal remain unchanged. Furthermore, HeatSnap™ accepts return requests under the conditions described on the Refund Policy page.
